People, Teams & Roster
Roster
For managers and publishers: the clients you look after, and the roster sheets you send.
Your Roster
Roster is the Roster side of People. It starts with a big face for each client: everyone whose locker you can open, everyone waiting for your answer to an invitation, and everyone on your roster sheets. A face opens that person's page.
A Client's Page
- Their locker: step into it when they have shared it with you, or ask them to
- Your locker: what they can see of yours, and a way to change it
- Pitch: written once and used on every roster sheet they are on
- Music for pitching: the tracks you put forward for them
- Business details: notes only you can see
Roster Sheets
A roster sheet is a page you send to labels, A&Rs or supervisors to present the people you represent. Start one from the plus (choose Roster sheet).
- The cover: name, introduction, your brand kit, how people reach you and your links
- Each person: photo, headline, bio, links, representatives and music, choosing what shows on the page you send
- Share: make the link, copy it, preview it, ask for a name and set an expiry, just like any share link
Contact details such as emails, PRO and IPI numbers stay off a roster sheet unless you switch them on.
