Copyright & Takedown Policy

Locker has designated the following agent to receive notices of alleged copyright infringement and counter-notifications:

To report alleged copyright infringement, email support@getlocker.co with:

• Your name and contact information
• Identification of the copyrighted work
• Identification of the material claimed to be infringing (sufficient detail to locate it)
• A statement of good faith belief that the use is unauthorised
• A statement that the information provided is accurate

After receiving a valid notice, Locker may investigate the claim, remove or disable access to the reported content, and notify the affected user where appropriate. We may also request additional information in order to assess the report.

If you believe your content was removed or access to it was disabled in error, or as a result of misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our Designated Agent at sam@getlocker.co. Please include your name and contact information, identify the material that was removed and where it appeared, and explain why you believe the removal was a mistake. Locker will review counter-notifications and respond in accordance with applicable law.
