Colours, reminders and each tick’s choices
Every tick box at the top of the Calendar has its own menu: a colour, reminders, a usual time.
Each tick’s menu
On a computer, point at a tick box and press ···, or right-click it. On a phone, press and hold the tick box.
- Colour: what that kind wears on the Calendar. Red always means late.
- Only show this: hides everything else. Show everything again brings it back.
- Remind me the evening before: a notice at 6pm the day before each one.
- Invite people on Locker: whether people you add get an invitation, or are only named.
- Usual time and usual length: what a new one starts with.
- Tasks can hide the ones you have done, briefs can show only the open ones, and another calendar can show its event names or just Busy.
