Understand Locker's pricing tiers and features.
Available Plans
Locker offers four plans designed to scale with your catalogue. Every plan includes the full feature set; higher tiers add more storage, more Kii requests, and more analyser credits.
- Free: 25 tracks with one version each, every track analysed, 3 Kii requests per day, 5 analyser credits per month for re-analysis (rolls over to 10 max)
- Creator: Unlimited tracks and versions, 100 GB storage, unlimited Kii requests, 100 analyser credits per month (rolls over to 200 max)
- Creator Plus: Unlimited tracks and versions, 300 GB storage, unlimited Kii requests, 200 analyser credits per month (rolls over to 400 max)
- Studio: Unlimited tracks and versions, 750 GB storage, unlimited Kii requests, 400 analyser credits per month (rolls over to 800 max)
All paid plans support annual billing at a 10% discount. See current prices on the Pricing page, or in Settings under Plan and billing.
Included on All Plans
Every Locker user, including those on the Free plan, gets the full feature set:
- Search across everything, and Kii for questions about your catalogue
- Automatic tagging from the audio (genre, mood, instruments, BPM, key)
- The Writing Room, with rhymes, chords and voice takes
- Unlimited playlists and share links, with who listened
- Collaborators with roles and custom permissions
- Credits, splits, the Calendar, Tasks and History
Upgrading & Downgrading
You can change your plan at any time in Settings, under Plan and billing. Upgrades take effect immediately, and you pay a prorated amount for the remainder of your billing cycle. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period, so you keep your current plan's limits until then.
Your data is never deleted when changing plans. If you downgrade to a plan with lower limits, you can still access everything you have uploaded, but you will not be able to upload new files until you are back within limits or upgrade again.
Cancelling Your Subscription
You can cancel at any time. Open Settings, go to Plan and billing and click View invoices. That opens your Stripe billing page, where you can cancel your subscription as well as update your payment details or download invoices.
When your paid plan ends, your account moves to the Free plan. Nothing you have uploaded is deleted: you keep access to everything, and the Free plan limits apply to new uploads, exactly as described under Upgrading & Downgrading.
If you subscribed in the iPhone app, your subscription is billed by Apple, so you cancel it in your iPhone's Settings under your Apple account and Subscriptions rather than in Locker.
Analyser Credit Rollover
Unused analyser credits roll over to the next month, up to your plan's maximum balance. For example, on the Creator plan you receive 100 credits per month and can accumulate up to 200. If you re-analyse fewer tracks one month, the surplus carries forward for busier periods.
